Sodium Silicate
Silicic acid (SiO2) and alkali (Na2O) combine to form what is considered the simplest type of glass, and differences in the combining ratio result in different chemical properties, physical properties, and applications.
The molecular formula of sodium silicate is generally expressed as Na2O・nSiO2, where n represents the molar ratio: SiO2/Na2O weight ratio x 1.032. However, commercially produced products are limited to the range of n = 0.5 to 4.

Sodium silicate liquid
Liquid sodium silicate is a sodium silicate also known as water glass, and is a syrup-like, colorless or slightly colored aqueous solution. Liquid sodium silicate is used across a wide range of fields, including civil engineering and construction, anhydrous silicic acid (silica gel), synthetic detergents, pulp and paper, casting, ceramics, and white carbon.
