BRIGHT™
This is a new type of metal-coated conductive material in which diverse powders (resin powder, metal powder) are coated with gold, nickel, or other metals. It is primarily used as a conductive filler (conductive particles) for anisotropic conductive films (ACFs) and anisotropic conductive pastes (ACPs).
