Renewable Energy Utilization

As one of our materiality targets, we are working to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 23% compared to FY2020 levels by FY2030.
We are aiming to reduce our GHG emissions and realize a decarbonized society by striving to conserve energy and electricity, utilizing renewable energy and introducing decarbonization technologies at our production sites.

As one of these efforts, we installed solar panels on the roof of our Head Office building and began generating electricity in April 2025.
In addition, from April 2026, solar panels were installed on the rooftops of buildings at the Aichi Factory, further expanding the use of renewable energy.

We believe that in-house power generation is an effective long-term measure to combat Climate Change, and we will continue to promote the installation of solar power generation equipment at our business sites to reduce GHG emissions.
